    • The process for applying and obtaining a work visa in China is a straightforward using the Miray process and generally much easier for teachers to navigate than those of surrounding countries.

    • Orientation serves to provide you with the tools and knowledge necessary to conduct your job teaching in concert with the goals and curriculum as the school. It also gives you an opening view into life in China, and will usually be your first real connection with coworkers and others that will be working with you.

  • School Induction & Training- Starting at a new school can be just as overwhelming for new teachers especially when teaching abroad.  While it's exciting for new staff to envision the year, it can also be overwhelming.
